A classic pairing that never goes out of style. This bundle includes two packs of fresh New Forest asparagus (200g each) and a generous 1 litre of rich, buttery hollandaise sauce – perfect for creating a restaurant-style dish at home with very little effort.

Grown in the fertile soils of the New Forest, these vibrant green spears are picked at their peak for tenderness and flavour. Naturally sweet and delicate, asparagus pairs beautifully with the silky, buttery richness of hollandaise.

How to cook:
Trim the woody ends from the asparagus and steam or simmer for 3–4 minutes until just tender but still bright green. Warm the hollandaise sauce gently according to the instructions on the pack, then drizzle generously over the asparagus.

Alternatively, roast or griddle the asparagus for a slightly nutty flavour – toss with a little olive oil and cook for 6–8 minutes, then serve with warm hollandaise poured over the top.

Perfect as a starter, brunch dish with poached eggs, or alongside grilled fish or chicken.
