A. Yes. If you sign up for a regular box, every 4th box you will receive an extra special loyalty gift. The current 4th box loyalty gift is a selection of cheese worth £10. Offer is valid for all customers on a regular box subscription. Offer ends 25 December 2021, loyalty gifts change monthly. Offer does not apply to pick your own orders.
Q. What is Shop & Swap and how does it all work?
A. We are one of the only Fruit and Veg box companies in the UK that allow you to take items out of our pre built boxes and add any produce you would like from our site. Simply log on to your account and select Shop and Swap from the shortcuts page. You will be able to remove up to 3 items, from your box and replace it with anything you can find on our website.
Q. Why are 5adaybox boxes so much better value?
A. Because the cost price of fresh produce changes daily we, as produce experts, are best placed to send what is the best value on that particular day.
Q. Are your fruit and vegetables organic?
A. Not generally, we get some organic products but we do not differentiate. We prefer to leave pure organics to the experts.
Q. What if I am out when you deliver?
A. You must specify a drop-off place for this eventuality. This can be anywhere on your premises (porch, garage etc.) or with a specific neighbour.
Q. What happens if I am unhappy with the quality of one of the items?
A. Just contact us we will do our best to put it right.
Q. What if I have items left at the end of the week?
A. Change to a smaller box, or just skip a week.
Q. How do I know what will be in my box?
A. Most of the contents are fixed for the week and are displayed on the website.
Q. How do you know what I want?
A. Quite simply we don’t. We try and supply produce for an “average family”. Some products (such as potatoes, tomatoes and bananas) will be in every week, some will be in fortnightly and others occasionally.
