Rosary Goats Cheese (100G)

Rosary Goats Cheese is a fresh, creamy goats cheese with a mousse-like texture and a natural acidity. Recent winner of the Supreme Champion Award at the British Cheese Awards, it is made from pasteurised milk, using a microbial rennet, which makes it suitable for vegetarians. Just enough salt is added to enhance its unique flavour. Rosary Goats Cheese is made from goats milk from goat producer Richard Haskett who has been farming near Cheselbourne on the Dorset Downs for over 10 years. Made by Rosary Goats Cheese, Landford, Wiltshire.

Simon Weaver Organic Cotswold Brie (240G)

Tuck into Simon Weaver Organic’s rich and creamy brie. Each truckle is made with organic milk from their forage-fed cows who graze the low lying river meadows of the Cotswolds.  Cotswold Brie is a delicious white, soft moulded cheese, produced from our organic milk. It has a rich creamy, clean and fresh taste, and while it continues to develop flavour over its life, it doesn’t become a pungent cheese. This Organic Cotswold Brie is ideal for eating as a light lunch, perhaps with just a beautiful crisp English apple; it is equally at home on a dinner party cheese board.

The perfect Stilton will have the telltale blue veins radiating from the centre and a distinctive tangy flavour. The milk for our Stilton comes only from local farmers ensuring low food miles.

Long Clawson is one of only six dairies in the world able to make Stilton due to its PDO status. Blue Stilton® Cheese (from Cow’s Milk)

Isle of Wight Blue (200G)

First made in 2006, this naturally rinded soft cheese is made with pasteurised milk. It is blue veined and is sold at 3-5 weeks of age. It has a 8 week shelf life. Being hand-made, the sizes have a minimum weight of 180g but are approximately 210g, some slightly larger some slightly smaller. When the cheese is sold at 3-4 weeks it has a relatively mild blue flavour but expect the IOW Blue to accelerate quickly so that by the time it is at the end of its Best Before date, the flavour will be a lot more spikier than when it was young.

Being naturally rinded, it is covered in green, blue, grey and white moulds. These give the cheese bags of character and the variety of surface moulds that cp175_grow on the rind will make it stand out on any cheeseboard.

The cheese has been a multiple medal winner at the World, British and International Cheese Awards, most notably winning Best English Cheese at The World Cheese Awards and Best Vegetarian Cheese at the 2019 Artisan Cheese Awards in Melton Mowbray
